NodeList#css - some minor issues

Webkit returns returns percentage values for left / right / top / bottom rather than pixel values. We could manually convert this to a pixel value, is it worth it?

Firefox 2 / 3 returns incorrect value for 'bottom'. Not sure if we can work around this.
The above issues are demonstrated in the automated unit tests
