Create a convention / method for users to add to existing glow objects

It'd be nice to allow users to add functionality on to NodeList & the rest of our library. However, users need to be able to easily distinguish between parts of the library developed by us and documented at http://www.bbc.co.uk/glow/, and parts that aren't officially supported.
Also, we need to look into how this ties into Gloader and the versioning system...
<dalec> ...it would be great to have a plugin framework though, especially as it's nice to add generic functionality to the core library, so all subsequent libraries can make use of it without causing circular dependencies in gloader
