Gloader sometimes fails to load 2 modules from the same file

It appears to only affect Safari, and happens whenever:
-
a module is loaded asynchronously
-
and then a different module is loaded synchronously
-
but the first module hasn't yet arrived
-
and the second module is in the same file as the first module
