Throw error if widgets are included before DOM is ready

Widgets don't work properly if the DOM isn't ready, we should throw an error if the user tries to create a widget before the dom is ready.
Some widgets kinda work before the dom is ready, so we can't make this change without breaking sites.
We must make this change for 2.0
