Optimise glow.events

This module is one of Glow's backbones (yes, glow has multiple backbones, it's a mutant hero) but it hasn't been reviewed since its creation.
This module should be reviewed and perhaps rewritten. Ensuring events are correctly released after they're used.
This includes doing something good with keyboard events, abstracting the differences between keypress, keyup and keydown.
Since this involves stripping out old code, it should wait till Glow 2.0
