glow.widgets.Overlay accessibility improvements

Currently, screen readers only sometimes move position to the overlay. Things may be better in the ARIA supporting browsers.
Try changing a hidden form field to wake up the screen reader.
Also, this for modal dialogues is a great idea: http://yuiblog.com/blog/2008/10/07/onfocus-onblur/
