Speed up node insertion using DocumentFragment

Add these to nodelist methods like insertAfter & after etc etc.

Pushing this back to 1.7 - There's only a speed when you're adding many nodes to many nodes. DocumentFragment cuts down the looping required to clone & insert in these cases.
