API docs: Notify the user if they're viewing old docs

Reported by Jake Archibald | October 20th, 2009 @ 08:32 AM | in 2.0

When viewing a link like http://www.bbc.co.uk/glow/docs/1.0/api/glow.widgets.panel.shtml I think there should be ome notification that you're looking at documentation for an older version of Glow.

Many of the articles about Glow in the wild link to docs on our API pages, so it may be a user's first destination on the Glow site.

When viewing docs for 1.5 for instance, there should be a banner saying that 1.7 (or whatever the latest version is) is out.
