Editor - Skip link should move focus to the text area

It isn't possible to edit the text in the editor window with a screen reader, because the edit area is actually a web page in an iFrame, and hence the screen reader's hot keys and shortcuts all remain active. So, for example in the editor try to type "hello" and the "h" will take you to the Home link on the parent page.
For screen readers we should always direct them to the textarea, where they will in "forms mode". We currently have a skip link but maybe that should be a link into the textarea.
