glow.dom.get - Improve CSS selector speed and support

- Attribute selectors nth child selectors first-child & last-child
- Non-standard selectors for testing things like textContent.
Note: Some code currently tests for document.all to get around IE expando issues, is this having a negative impact on Opera / Safari which also support document.all?
We could look at adopting Sizzle to do this for us. We need to check their browser support though.
