Overlay - change positioning functions

It's confusing when setPosition can & can't be used for positioning. 'autoPosition' is confusing too.
I think a bool to switch between positioning to the viewport & positioning to the document would be better.
We could refer to it as "fixed" like the CSS value, but that might be also confusing as we switch between "fixed" and "absolute" depending on browser size vs overlay size.
Let's sort that interface out
