Editor - add more formatting options

Extend the Editor widget with more formatting options:
- Blockquote
- Lists
- Links
Also, extend the API to allow addition of custom buttons to the toolbar, and hooks into the edit area for getting the cursor position, selection range etc.

Branched code out to maslen_editor.
Functionality complete except for one bug : when closing the overlayMenu, the focus is returned to the tool. However the overlay seems to be keeping the focus even when a keydown event is fired on the dropDown tool.
In the scrum meeting it was suggested that this could be resolved by using modal=false in the overlay, and add a listener to the document (and the iframe too?), if event.source is not the overlay then close the overlay.
This will need to work with two editors on the page.
Also: the styling of the dropDown needs to be done.
